Understanding your requirements and existing setup
You describe the website, the issue or proposed change, and your scheduling constraints. We identify the information needed to scope the work: Drupal version, hosting, code repository, environments and the people involved.
Agreeing on the expected outcome
I clarify the expected deliverables, scope boundaries and prerequisites. When a reliable estimate requires a closer look at the website, an initial assessment can be scoped separately.
Delivery, validation and handover
Changes are implemented and checked using the arrangements agreed with your team. Delivery includes the information needed to use and maintain the work; deployment and related checks are included only when they are part of the agreed scope.

Can you work on a website built by another team?
Yes. A takeover starts with reviewing the existing setup and available access. Depending on the project’s condition, an assessment or preparatory work may be needed before new features can be developed.
Do I need a complete specification before contacting you?
No. A description of the requirement, the website address and any known constraints are enough for an initial discussion. Please do not send passwords, personal data or a production database through the contact form.
Are major upgrades covered as routine updates?
Not automatically. Major upgrades can require dependency assessment, changes to custom code and broader validation. Their scope is therefore agreed explicitly rather than assumed to be part of routine work.
